01The agreement

By downloading or using Receipts you agree to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement and to these terms. Receipts is made by Ever3st, the licensor. Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the app or its support.

02Free and Plus

The free app includes snapping receipts, camera habit matching, logging without a photo, up to 2 habits, Today, the Tape, day prints and sharing, widgets, the Snap control, cue reminders, export and erase. Free includes your first Call.

Receipts Plus adds the coach: the Call and its notification, the timer started from a Call, the first review on day four, the Sunday review with one-tap plan changes, up to 6 habits, and Flipbook.

03Subscription, trial and renewal

• Plus is $29.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers, or $4.99 a month with no trial. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you confirm.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when the free trial ends.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings under Subscriptions, or from Settings in the app.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.

When Plus lapses, everything you logged stays on the device. Calls and reviews stop, and you cannot add habits beyond the free limit. Nothing is deleted.

04Your content

Your photos, receipts and habits are yours. Receipts stores them only on your device and never receives them. You are responsible for backing them up, for example with Export the Tape or a device backup.

05Acceptable use

Use the app for yourself. Do not reverse engineer it, resell it, or use it to break any law or anyone’s rights. The coach’s Calls and reviews are nudges, not medical, financial or professional advice.

06Warranty and liability

Receipts is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, the licensor is not liable for lost data, lost habits or any indirect damages arising from the app. If a law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights stand.

07Changes

These terms may change when the app changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
